The month-one guarantee

If month one doesn't deliver, month two is free to walk away from.

You pay $2,500 to start. If after the first month you're not AI-enabled — no working agent, no strategy, not well on your way — don't pay the second $2,500. No hoops, no hard feelings. I only want to be paid for what actually changed in your business.

Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can run your business, you can run this. The training is built for owners and operators, not engineers — and by the end of it you'll be doing things with Claude that most "technical" people can't.
What exactly is an "AI agent"?
A working assistant built on Claude and connected to your real tools — email, calendar, documents, whatever your business runs on — trained around your voice and your priorities. It does real work: triage, drafts, follow-ups, briefings. It's not a chatbot on your website.
What happens on the enablement day?
We spend one full day (or two half-days) together after your agent is built: connecting it to your systems, moving your real work through it, and training you hands-on until you're comfortable running it yourself. You dedicate one day; it hands you back thousands of hours.
What if I'm not the one leading this?
That's common and completely fine. Plenty of owners delegate the AI initiative to an operator or a right-hand person. Whoever that person is, they're who I work with one-on-one — and the goal for them is the same: independent, trained, and owning the strategy.
What does the $5,000 cover?
One custom AI agent: designed, built, connected to your tools, plus up to six hours of one-on-one training and the on-site enablement day. It's billed as two monthly payments of $2,500. Additional training beyond the six hours, and consulting, are $300/hour.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
Then you stop after month one and keep your second $2,500. That's the guarantee: if you're not AI-enabled and well on your way after the first month, you don't pay the second payment.
What's the monthly maintenance for?
Keeping your agent healthy as your business and tools change: connections, updates, improvements. It starts at $300/month and scales with what we're actually maintaining — you'll always know exactly what you're paying for. It's optional, month to month.
Can you help us go bigger — a whole AI "executive team"?
Yes. Some businesses grow into multiple agents — an operations agent, a sales agent, a finance agent — with coaching along the way. We don't ask you to commit to that up front. It's pay as you go: each step is its own decision, and you only pay for what's being implemented.
